Born: Swienemuende, Germany; Education: UCLA, B.A. and M.A. 1962-65; Independent University Studies, Munich, Germany -1965-66; Ph.D. Program, UC Berkeley 1966-69. Henriette Wyeth Master Class, SF Art Institute,1989.

Selected Work experience: 1958 - Designer for Sporting Goods Co. 1965 Teaching Assistant UC Berkley; 1969-1972 taught English, German and Art at Holy Names HS in Oakland;1975-83 Taught Yoga at College of Santa Fe. Self-supporting Artist since 1970. Married 1976 and mother of 4 children (3 adopted, one Brazil, 2 special needs).

Selected Administration /Board of Directors experience: One of a Kind Artists Co-operative President,1978-82; Board of Directors Santa Fe Food Co-operative 1982 - 1984. Frioles Village Original 14 Families, 1990 -96; Founder of a SEA (Association of Socially Engaged Artists) 1999; Joined Board of EWAM in September of 2000.
